Coordinated Entry System
Individuals and families seeking shelter or living outside or in places not meant for people to live in can apply for housing through the Coordinated Entry system, which is designed to streamline access to housing, and supportive services.
To gain access to the Coordinated Entry System, you can go in person to the Dove-Homeward Bound location at 788 E. Clay Street Decatur, IL 62521 or email them at outreach@doveinc.org.
